Green initiatives - Looking for team mates

Most of us want to do the right thing, but have very little time. And then we have friends over for birthday parties, and impromptu wine & cheese. Out come the disposables and it's mostly plastic that gets thrown out into the trash.
What if there was a service that delivered fresh cutlery and picked up soiled ones, and you could schedule that as a drop-off or pickup via Uber?
